Lynn Longworth UK
Hi Gary, We saw it all!!!!!! Absolutely wonderful. Breaching, tail lobbing, pec slapping. I have wonderful film footage and hopefully photos.
I wanted to book a third trip on Wednesday but the weather was bad and Gary is motion sick so not a good idea. I was gutted but we hired bikes and rode to the end of the cycle path and I have film of three ospreys sitting on a branch not 15feet from me.
Thank you so much for making me change my plans, I have memories to last forever.
Kind regards Lynn

Owned and operated by local identity Peter Lynch. Peter has a long work background of experience with whales having operated his whale watching cruises for many years in Hervey Bay and also as a Marine Mammal trainer for 8 years.
The Blue Dolphin takes small groups on a longer 1 day cruise with lunch included. The Blue Dolphin is low to the water and is a respected sailing vessel in the Whale Watching Industry. Peter supplied us with a lot of photos taken from the Blue Dolphin to demonstrate just how close he can get you to our whales.
The Blue Dolphin picks up and drops off at your Hervey Bay accommodation.
The Blue Dolphin is a 10.5 metre Catamaran which is 7 metres wide the vessel offers ample room to move around for optimum viewing of whales, the vessel is very stable and has shaded viewing areas.
The Blue Dolphin offers "close as you can get" viewing, the vessel sits lower in the water than most vessels and this allows you to take close up photos of the whales. A Hydrophone increases the intensity of the experience by allowing you to hear the underwater sounds as they happen.
The Blue Dolphin is surveyed to take 30 people but Peter limits to 22 passengers so that everyone gets an opportunity to interact with the whales and dolphins and to enable passengers to get those "magic photo oppotunities", the crew have more time to talk to you and this allows for a "True Ecotourism Experience" in Queensland, Australia.
It is a relaxed casual atmosphere on board and the cruising speed is around 6 - 7 knots motoring, greater with wind speed. About 2 - 3 hours of travelling time.
